Abstract

The present investigation focuses on the analysis of the importance of Corporate Enterpreneurial Social Responsibility (CSR) in the laboring context in Ecuador, which is the reception within the different economic groups within the country, the methodology used a qualitative approach, carried out through the bibliographic and documentary review, allowing to investigate the object of study and the actors involved such as government, business and society; finding as a result, the significant impact on the entire work flow in an organization. This is the relevance of providing a good laboring environment, continuous training, promotion opportunity and above all job security, if organizations use these mechanisms, employees would be more productive, allowing any company or organization to be more competitive to stay in the market. However, in Ecuador, not all companies apply the RSEC in workplaces. Therefore, it implies that companies that do not achieve sustainable economic growth, cause unemployment and low labor productivity, being those that are unaware of their application
