Taking as a sample, the case of the University of Guayaquil concerned about improving its academic quality, a quantitative study was applied among students and teachers from two faculties: Administrative Sciences and Social Communication, given the blocking of educational quality resulting from poor administration, structural problems, resistance and limited collaboration among teachers, in addition to internal crises due to lack of values, and the existence of aggressive academic competition, that in a scenario of limitations, lacks and uncertainty, feel threatened, underrated at work, affecting their performance and generating an insufficient internal image and academic management. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct laboring environment surveys to the entire university community to propose the creation of an internal communication area.
