ARMENDARIZ ZAMBRANO, Christian Ronald; AGUILAR GRANJA, Paola Vanessa  and  DUCHI ORTEGA, Bolívar Rosendo. Microcredit as activator of entrepreneurship in Guayaquil. Universidad y Sociedad [online]. 2018, vol.10, n.5, pp. 232-237.  Epub Dec 02, 2018. ISSN 2218-3620.

For the present investigation, university graduates of business or business careers who wanted to undertake projects in the city of Guayaquil, a very interesting segment, were offered an entrepreneur micro-credit from the national government to fulfill their obligations successes, but according to the National Financial Corporation, in reality of the 500,000 dollars offered in 2013, only 30,000 were granted. The research used the Popper alpha (h0) and beta (h1) falsification proposition method through the verification of the hypothesis, the sample used was 60 micro entrepreneurs in a commercial sector of the city of Guayaquil. The proposed alpha proposal was rejected. The beta proposition is accepted. It is observed with the investigation and the analyzed data that the theory of YANUS that the enterprise only needs the capital to be successful, can be falsified because there are other more important factors, at least in the Guayaquil society of micro entrepreneurs.

Keywords : Microcredit; micro entrepreneur; falsification method; entrepreneurship factor.
