Abstract

The present work deals with a very important issue and current related to the constitutional principles which regulate civil procedural system in Ecuador, in non-criminal matters, and its correct application in the legal framework of the country, in accordance with current legal standards from the Montecristi Constitution (2008). It is necessary that be made a lengthy study of the principles that regulate non-criminal matters within the process, taking into consideration the implementation of orality in all cases, whether in civil, commercial, family, childhood and adolescence, labour, tenancy. This work is a contribution that goes according to the changes that currently lives the society, depending on the transformation of the legal ordering that seeks the improvement of the judicial system, towards the modern trends in the administration of Justice, for benefit of the citizens.
