Abstract

The use of our own means of communication is one of the hallmarks of the comprehensive rehabilitation work carried out by the Office of the Cienfuegos City Curator (OCCC). Experience that adds to the background, the Office of the Historian of Havana, Camagüey and Conservative in Santiago of Cuba. This research focuses the analysis on the components and levels of the public communication process of the Fernandina Radio station of the OCCC. This means of communication is selected by its specialization in the handling of information concerning the Historic Center community, and cultural heritage as a reference.
