Abstract

The objective of this article is to systematize the theoretical foundations of the academic management of the socio-critical pedagogical model in the educational institution with emphasis on pedagogical practice, which justify a strategy of ongoing training for teachers as a scientific result obtained from the research process carried out in option to the scientific degree of doctor in pedagogical sciences. The fundamentals presented were assessed as very appropriate by the experts consulted, highlighting their relevance and feasibility in pedagogical practice.
