The changes of the contemporary society have shown the urgency to rethink the educational practices in favor of the transformation of the levels of speeches of the teachers of the subjects of social sciences. In answer to this problem the present work constitutes part of one of the results of an investigation carried out by the main author and its doctoral thesis arises. In the report, one is carried out to the valuation of the potentialities of the levels of speeches of these teachers for the Education for Peace, starting from a process of individual and collective reflection favoring the taking of decisions for the determination of theoretical, didactic reflections, the features and a definition of Education for Peace that allows to reveal their significance in the levels of speeches of the History teachers. It is recognized as starting point, the necessity to incorporate the contents this peculiar way of education in values in the informative, understanding levels and to criticize for the performance of the History teacher in the process of teaching learning and the development of abilities regarding the attitudes contrary to the peace in the educational practice.
