In these last years the disasters have happened in a growing way, he/she has great relationship with the real readiness of the humanitarian attendance with quality; in an efficient and effective way. As well as the effective arrival to the final client after each event of happened disaster. The objective is to measure the populational, social, economic and accidental impacts to prepare people for such facts.
