Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the level of development of entrepreneurship competences in university students. A descriptive study with trans sectional design was carried out. The sample was 212 students of the professional career of Administration, Finance and Global Business of the Private University TELESUP of Peru, in 2018. The survey was used as a technique and a questionnaire as an instrument to measure the level of business entrepreneurship skills. The questionnaire consisted of 20 items, each with the following response alternatives: adequate, medium or regular or inadequate. The results showed that in relation to the dimensions "Teamwork" and "Communication", the level was medium or regular and in the case of the dimensions "Self-confidence" and "Capacity for innovation", the level was adequate. In conclusion, the students showed an adequate attitude towards business entrepreneurship.
