The family as a relevant social institution in the integral formation of the human being is constituted in the first educational environment of the children in their process of socio-personal formation, since there is a close relationship between people who share feelings, emotions and relationships of intimacy, respect and other essential values to strengthen the integral formation of people in their first years of life. Education and training that are taught in the family, should be oriented towards the formation of an appropriate coexistence to provide the necessary bases in the resolution of school conflicts that may arise in educational establishments. The current situation of conflicts in school coexistence has led to rethinking what has been the role of the family in the education of schoolchildren because there is a direct relationship between the influences it plays in the social formation of the individual. From this reality, a reflection is presented below on what the family and the school are and what is the role of each one in the socialization and coexistence of the infant, in addition, to analyze how the family influences the behaviors that students present in their school life.
