AGUILERA VIDAL, Henry Nelson; RAMIREZ CHAVEZ, Eliceo  and  TORRES TORRES, Ruth Isabel. Labor stress in security guards. Universidad y Sociedad [online]. 2019, vol.11, n.5, pp. 342-348.  Epub Dec 02, 2019. ISSN 2218-3620.

The investigation was carried out in two companies of guards of the country, having as study population the personnel that worked as security guards until the month of February of 2018. The main objective was to evaluate the psychosocial risk factors that affect the workers and produce work stress. Among the twenty variables evaluated in the application of the Questionnaire for the Evaluation of Psychosocial Risks at Work through their SOFTWARE COPSOQ-ISTAS 21 to the security guards, of them -Recycle of work (89.1%), (76.7 %) the most prevalent and most unfavorable for health. The rest of the psychosocial risk factors evaluated present average scores with more favorable exposure levels for health. Although they do not require immediate actions, it is necessary to take long-term prevention measures in order to prevent future health effects on workers. A Psychosocial Risk Prevention Plan has been developed that will be applicable to the problems encountered and whose results will reflect an effective solution. The data obtained in the evaluation are used as the central reference of the analysis and then to prepare the intervention in all the jobs.
