Occupational diseases are never immediately apparent from exposure to the risk factor, so it is difficult to identify them; pathologies such as those related to musculoskeletal disorders represent 82% of occupational diseases in Colombia and are presented at work when there are repetitive and static postures, according to the Ministry of Health and Social Protection. The objective of this article is to identify the biomechanical risk factors that exist in the jobs of the drivers of Funza's public transport company, and it is the objective of this study. Among the results found, it is evident that the most frequent skeletal muscle alteration in drivers is shoulder joint pain. It is important to know the job of the drivers in order to provide the ergonomic conditions, necessary for the performance of their work.
