At present, profound changes are taking place, in which education, knowledge and identity play a significant role. As a result, transformations are carried out in the work of educators, in charge of preparing men for this endeavor. In addition, it constitutes a process that fosters the appearance of new needs in correspondence with the order of the pedagogical professional identity, which constitutes a novel aspect in the interpretation of the training processes of the contemporary work activity, being one of the current aspirations of the career of Labor Education by reflecting the interests and needs of students in different disciplines, allowing them to prepare for life. In this work, the dimensioning of the professional preparation for the career is exposed, where it is allowed to value and to determine the essential aspects of the labor formation, from the work of the teacher, which taxes to the satisfaction of how to elevate the professional identity of the young people in a highly formative labor process.
