Abstract

Impact evaluation is identified as an ideal tool to determine the effects of development projects, increasingly recognizing the need for a multidimensional approach. The present work consists of a procedure aimed at evaluating the impact of local development projects of an economic nature on the development of a territory, with a cyclical nature and a coherent integration of the measurement of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and the analysis of the concerted action of stakeholders in accordance with the challenges and strategic objectives according to these criteria used, which contributes to the foundation of action plans for the solution of problems identified from an integral and systemic approach to development and as a strategic complement to the planning and management of local development in the territory.
