Abstract

Crimes against sexual integrity in the real society conconductascending manencia, constituting areas of studies by various sciences and even their approach since interdisciplinarity comes the annulment of a more integral knowledge of this social phenomenon and the families in the victims. Without seeking to exhaust this theme, we set out from Ecuadorian criminal law to analyze the protection of these victims and their responsibility constitutional and international norms. A value study is used through the account, using theoretical methods such as: exegetical analysis, comparative legal analysis and historical legal analysis. These methods are conclarevised to the corresponding technical review techniques.
