The present investigation called “Formulation of strategies for the business development of the construction company Emanuel Cia. Ltda, was carried out in the canton of La Maná, to analyze the incidence of a set of planning matrices as a preliminary phase for the formulation of strategies and identify actions mediate and immediate to operate, thus increasing the level of services to be offered in the next five-year period. The strategies, strategic plan and business development were defined, a deductive methodology was used, with a representative sample of 11 people referring to managers and employees, the main results date from obtaining the type of strategy based on SWOT, HEAD AND PEYEA, to improve the level of its services.
