Abstract

Managing human talent enables the work environment in companies to be dynamized to meet the demands of the labor market with personal care. The study identifies the human talent management model to increase the work performance of the company Contigo S.A. from the canton of Valencia, Ecuador. The field research was applied to the personnel working in the company through the use of various theoretical and empirical methods such as: deductive inductive, analytical-synthetic and functional structural systemic, and as a technique the survey and interview were used, which makes the design viable of the human talent management model in the different processes such as: admission, organization, recognition and merits, training, staff retention and documentation to increase job performance.
