The implementation of information technologies as a tool for decision-making seeks to respond to the integration of a Big Data model in the internet of things for the management of organic banana production. This work establishes how the integration of a Big Data model in the internet of things affects the management of organic banana production in the province of El Oro, identifying a model that collects data in situ of the variables associated with banana production and integrating the internet of things and big data. The research was developed based on a Big Data Agricultural model which analyzed the variables related to sensors, technology, processing, data analytics and decision making. The type of research is correlational and descriptive, applying documentary and field research techniques with a statistical analysis to give scientific basis to the study. The results established how Big Data and internet of things technology is integrated to support the management of organic banana production, identifying the strategies that will facilitate its implementation.
