The crime of feminicide is an illicit behavior that has been happenig since the momento the world began and man was aware of what it meant to have control and power over human beings. This criminal figure has as its main characteristic gender violence towards women. This is because the behavior itself develops within a unequal power relationship due to diferente factors, among which we can find: economic, political, social, religious, sexual among others. This crime, although it affects life and personal illegality, also damages other legal assets such as the family. On a large number of occasions this criminal figure is a consequence of determining crimes, among which we can mention domestic violence, sexual crimes, money laundering, etc.
