Abstract

Currently, job insecurity is evident specifically in the employment relationship that workers live despite the creation of constituent battles, which prohibit this type of practice used by employers; breaching his employer obligations, using labor fraud, labor simulation, in order to achieve unfair labor enrichment. Affecting the legal provision guaranteeing the rights of workers, because there is no express rule that criminalizes these behaviors, which benefits the injured workers. According to the 2017 Human Rights report, the acceptable working conditions corresponded to an additional 40% in benefits added by law, according to official statistics published in June, 23% of the population lived in poverty or below it, and 8.6% lived at or below extreme poverty threshold.
