Cultural Heritage increasingly reaches a greater hierarchy in the development policies of the territories, especially in the spaces and contexts of urbanization given its nodal function in the economic, social, political, demographic and cultural development and as a complex field of interaction creative, extensive environmental impact in a hierarchical way in the development of communities and human.In this context, the representation constructed by social groups, economic, political, cultural interests, among others, are generating the most diverse architectural, landscape, recreational and institutional dimensions that become multidimensional socio-cultural symbols, essential in the consciousness of the peoples, the which in daily practices offer fundamental contents and relationships, basic for the members of the communities as cultural and historical identity. It is part of the theoretical systematization developed in the National Project for Academic Training in Integral Management of Cultural Heritage for social actors and articulators for local development in Cienfuegos as an expression of cultural and heritage identities built, employed and preserved for future generations.
