Abstract
LOPEZ BASILIO, Dionicio; MINAYA LOVATON, Javier Raúl; INGA ORTIZ, Josué Hernán and MEDRANO REYES, Sonia. The organic garden as a pedagogical resource and mathematics learning in basic education institutions. Universidad y Sociedad [online]. 2020, vol.12, n.6, pp. 176-181. Epub Dec 02, 2020. ISSN 2218-3620.
The objective of this work has been to determine the influence of the orchard as a pedagogical resource in the learning of mathematics in basic education institutions, through the type of study applied with a quasi-experimental design with three groups: experimental and control, pre and post-test, before and after the application of the pedagogical bio-garden program, which was subjected to the validity and reliability process. The research was developed with primary level students from educational institutions Nº 34122 from Huaylasjirca and Nº 34139 “Alfonso Ugarte” from Pillao, who represented the study sample. It is concluded that, in both educational institutions, the students of the experimental groups achieved statistically significant differences compared to the control group, which was contrasted by means of the hypothesis test through the ANOVA statistic of a single factor, with a level of significance p = 0.000 <0.05 that allowed accepting the research hypothesis.
