This research responds to a gap in the Cienfuegos “Florentino Morales” Literary Promotion and Research Center in terms of information collected about some authors. Therefor aims to develop a bibliography study of the work of one of them, Armando Froebel García Vega. The research is mainly based on qualitative paradigm. The basic method used in the research was phenomenological, as it allowed us to research in the literature of Fobito García through key informants, documents, content articles published by him and about him. We used theoretical methods, the empirical methods, a method of quantitative paradigm, bibliometric studies and techniques: in-depth interview and group interview. The importance of research is given, precisely because the product of the research will promote the conduct of socio-cultural promotion for Cienfuegos literature. Its singularity lies in sustaining the identity values that Fobito García reflected in his works and addresses the needs of socialization of his work as a genuine representative of Cienfuegos culture. Readers will get to know active bibliography of this author made up by books and pamphlets, serials and collaborations in his personal unpublished file of books and flyers. The passive bibliography includes what was written about author in news and articles in newspapers and journals.
