The management of technological scientific heritage and innovation currently play a fundamental role in business development and one of the driving forces behind these processes is research, development and innovation projects. In this direction, this article aims to assess the contributions and experiences in the management of the Scientific-Technological Heritage and Social Innovation from the business project University-ECOA # 37: building with-Science and innovation in the business context of Cienfuegos. Two perspectives are assumed: the Sociocultural and the Social Studies of Science and Innovation (STS). This plurality of approaches is an element that is considered in this article. The tools used were participant observation, in-depth interviews, content analysis, and group discussion.
