The Science Technology Parks (STP) are a modern, innovative and sustainable alternative for the obtaining of science, technology and innovation results, based on the proportion of benefits and incentives, in well-defined geographic areas and with quality functional facilities. The consolidation of the University of Informatics Sciences (UCI) as a model for training, research, production in the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sector, fostered the organizational, infrastructure and access to human capital conditions highly specialized, for the installation of a PCT on your campus. As a consequence of a process of analysis, synthesis and experimentation, the objective of the article is to present the conceptual and methodological bases for the creation, organization and management of the Scientific and Technological Park of Havana in the UCI, which can constitute the basis of the creation similar structures in the rest of the country.
