Abstract

The article aims to assess the contributions and experiences of the university as a key actor for development in the territory from science, technology and innovation, a role that the University-company and University-Government link assumes from two binomials, interacting according to the task contemporary from his responsibility, say himself with the society and in function of the environment. To this end, studies are carried out from observation, review, analysis, with the University of Cienfuegos as a study according to the context.
