Abstract

CONCEPCION TOLEDO, Diana Niurka; GONZALEZ SUAREZ, Erenio; LOPEZ BASTIDA, Eduardo Julio  and  RAMOS MIRANDA, Fernando. Knowledge management in the scientific projection of the chemical industry through experimental designs. Universidad y Sociedad [online]. 2021, vol.13, n.2, pp. 446-451.  Epub Apr 02, 2021. ISSN 2218-3620.

This work supports the importance of knowledge management for the scientific projection that requires the solution to the problems that arise in the chemical industry, with which it helps to minimize the uncertainty in the development, design and intensification of its processes. The criterion is reinforced that in the process of analysis and synthesis of the problems, experimental design constitutes a fundamental weapon as a powerful tool that contributes to the reduction of expenses for material and financial resources and a considerable reduction of time in the research, an aspect that translates into a shortening of the deadlines for obtaining results and favoring better decision-making. All these elements are in correspondence with the demands that the economic development of the country requires today.

Keywords : Knowledge management; experiment designs; chemical industry.
