Abstract

NUNEZ SANABRIA, Juan Evangelista; TERAN VACA, Claudio Antonio; SAILEMA ARMIJO, Juan Giovani  and  SILVA MONTOYA, Oscar Fabian. Hermeneutic analysis of educational rights in young people through the process of hierarchical analysis. Universidad y Sociedad [online]. 2021, vol.13, n.4, pp. 241-248.  Epub Aug 02, 2021. ISSN 2218-3620.

One of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals is the right to education. This has been violated due to various social factors affecting young people coming of age. This has endangered the continuity of higher education of these young people and exposed them to dropout from universities. That is why this research aims to analyze this problem from the hermeneutic method in order to establish various points of view of this situation and thus propose proposals that cover all these perspectives to make a viable solution, which is intended to provide the government with a tool for decision making and to help implement these objectives at the social level. For this analysis the authors will rely on Tomas Saaty's Hierarchical Analysis Process multicriteria decision method.
