CASTRO PERDOMO, Nelson Arsenio  and  RAJADEL ACOSTA, Olimpia Nilda. Another face of the problem of water and climate change; two juxtaposed synergistic realities. Universidad y Sociedad [online]. 2021, vol.13, n.4, pp. 351-360.  Epub Aug 02, 2021. ISSN 2218-3620.

The bibliographic review was used as a fundamental research method, using the global context as a scenario, due to the characteristics of its scope. As the main result, it was evidenced that the relationship between water, its quality and availability, vs Climate Change, increasingly increases the gap between the prospects of life on the planet and social equity, demanding new approaches in the scale and claim of social development, under coherent public policies and a model that privileges social life over group enjoyment.
