Abstract

This article begins a brief reflection on the impact evaluation of human resources training within organizations, oriented towards the achievement of organizational objectives and the reach of higher stages of social and technological development. Therefore, this study makes a theoretical review about training, and the imperative task of evaluate its impact, as it constitutes a feedback and improvement to the training process and an asset in the development of processes to understand reality. Likewise, an approach is made to trans-disciplinary relations and the multidimensional approach to the impact evaluation of training as a fundamental aspect for technological, social and scientific development.
