The results reveal that teachers have a positive attitude towards the formation of investigative competence mediated by ICT, that their evaluation based on the criteria: determining the problem from scientific research with the support of ICT, from the resignification of the experience in the research context, treatment of the professional situation and generalization of research results, which allowed corroborating the progressiveness of their training during treatment until they reached a high level (˃ 90%) in performance in university teaching.
