The article addresses the process of scientific education developed in second year students of the Physical Culture career at the University of Cienfuegos. In which investigative activities are proposed to modify the scientific knowledge that relates the Sports Biomechanics discipline from a physical reasoning to develop investigative skills through the Scientific Education process. With this proposal, students strengthen their interest in science applied to sports with an interdisciplinary approach, which influences the improvement of sports technique and prevent injuries caused by bad postures and inadequate warm-ups, thus contributing to the quality of life of active athletes.
