Abstract

The global social behaviors that form collective imaginaries about the fragmentation of gender recognition and its diversity in Colombia, makes the composition of regulations, institutions, social policies relevant to what is intended to determine how these cultural belongings have affected the accession process since the behaviors and social roles assigned from the years 2010 to 2019. Under a quantitative methodology, with an empirical - analytical approach, concluding that the legal processes, the regulatory and social guidelines together with the institutions that Colombia has have allowed a slight level of environment not discriminative and guarantee for equality, generating a minimum of acculturation for inclusion.
