Abstract

Web and mobile applications are one of the most efficient alternatives to achieve significant improvements in a company through their use, since they allow automating all operational processes, provide an information platform necessary for decision making and, most importantly, their implementation achieves competitive advantages, as well as reducing the advantage of rivals. The database was used in MySQL, which has APACHE server, and the graphic part was done in phpMyAdmin, it was developed in Visual Studio Code for the Web application, and for the Mobile Application it was done in Wireflames, and Flutter is open source to develop user interfaces for applications in Android, iOS. Given this reality, it is of great importance that the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Canton Mocha, incorporates a web - mobile application, which will be of great support for its authorities, as it will allow to manage the information corresponding to the agricultural producers of the canton, in addition, what can be assured is that many companies are successful in their objectives by the implementation and use of Web and Mobile Applications.
