In this way the results obtained showed that the managers or SMEs owners in the commercial sector mostly have good knowledge about administrative management, however, in the organizational factor there is some ignorance about some processes, on the other hand, the control factor is the one that has the highest score in the research carried out, therefore, administrative management influences the company activities, therefore, it is necessary that the managers or owners thereof are fully qualified to achieve the maximum performance in the companies.
