Abstract

MENDOZA AVILES, Henry Emilio; CASTRO MERA, José Salomón  and  LOAYZA CHAVARRIA, Mónica Janet. Commercialization model of bamboo derivatives and its exportable potential under lean manufacturing. Universidad y Sociedad [online]. 2022, vol.14, n.3, pp. 689-695.  Epub June 30, 2022. ISSN 2218-3620.

This article proposes a commercial management model whose purpose is to contribute to the increment of the exportable supply of Bamboo in the eco-regions located in the coastal shores of Ecuador in the Pacific Ocean. This study includes a technical model that is designed to guide and direct growers and producers to enhance their use with derivatives of the raw material, including added values at all levels of production (harvest, post harvest, processing, commercialization and distribution) for its analysis the Lean Manufacturing Method MME was used, which allows the reduction of time in the optimization of resources and investment. A descriptive review was made of the performance of the actors with a mixed analysis approach, it was evidenced that the use of a commercial tool increases the economic development in the zone studied. It also contributes to the diversification of the exportable supply and improves the living conditions of the producers.
