Ethnomathematics is currently an essential trend in the introduction of modifications to this subject, stigmatized with qualifications as difficult, complex to understand, far removed from everyday and cultural processes due to its high level of abstraction. The current world in the social, cultural and scientific order turns more and more to an anthropological perspective that requires a shift in all sciences, therefore, it is necessary to identify the difficulties in the sociocultural contextualization of workplaces, the state of the various scientific disciplines for this work such as Mathematics. For this, the organization and projection of capacity-building strategies in teachers with foundations and competencies in a teaching and learning process with social significance in typifying educational cultural contexts where the cultural experience is required to effectively bring scientific knowledge closer to popular knowledge and increase interest in science. Therefore, ethnomathematics is presented as a resource in the didactic and pedagogical preparation of the teachers of this science based on the diagnosis and the sociocultural characteristics of the students and it is constituted from the didactic resource a tool for the management of the Intangible Heritage of the communities.
