At the beginning of the 90 it begins to be developed a new thought form in Cuba as regards to the Science, the Technology and the Society (STS). It is necessary to recognize the importance and challenges of the process in which the knowledge and the technology transfer are radically restructuring to an environment in the one that the knowledge, being more and more accessible in a massive, open way and of low cost, they can be a solution to face the attack from the mollusks plagues to the cultivations of vegetables with organic strategies. Therefore, the objective of the work is to propose a Participatory Agroecological Management that represents the Science, Technology and Society. One of the thematic of the movement has been the repercussions of the technological development about the environment, phenomenon such us the climatic change, drought, the contamination of sources of water, attack by pests and illnesses, on crops of economic interest, they call to the reflection about the importance of creating alternative technological of natural origin, that cause minimum damages to the environment. The participatory agroecological proposed management contemplates monitoring, manual and ethological control, alternative botanical products, training of farmers, from a perspective (STS); appearing the results when allowing to avoid the employment of chemical products.
