Abstract

The objective of this result is to contribute to solve in the theoretical-practical field the problems of the integral management of the Historical, Cultural and Natural Heritage (PHCN) from the sociocultural approach from the academic formation, research and social technology for the implementation of actions, coherent and systematic actions with the needs of conservation and transcendence, the diversity and heterogeneity of patrimonial goods for the value it generates for the human welfare from its worldwide exceptionality, responds to the following research problem. How to articulate the results of science and technology for the effective and integrated management of the PHCN, the timely taking of actions, actions and decisions, in the face of the complexity involved in the management, conservation and transcendence of a particular management model in a territory and a city Cultural Heritage of Humanity in Cuba and the Caribbean from a sociocultural approach? We worked on the multidimensional, interdisciplinary perspective with a diversity of research methods and techniques of the social and particular sciences of Cultural Heritage with emphasis on the mixed paradigm Responds given the complexity of its heritage condition and its transversality to the objectives of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) aligned to the Axes and Strategic Sectors of the Plan of the province of Cienfuegos and Cuban heritage.
