The tributary collection is the principal source of financing of the General state Budget in the Ecuador, entrances that they enable to take care of the fundamental needs like music: Health, education, certainty, infrastructure, between other ones. Present it investigation examines the impact in the tributary collection educationally in the Ecuador of the period 2020 generated by the COVID's sanitary emergency 19. They show the results of the impacts that have been produced for the types of taxes and according to the economic activity in the same; They affected the decrease in the tributary collection significantly to the entrances of the General Budget of the State of the 2020, that implied a budget deficit, unfulfillment of the plans and you program planned to develop for the 2020 for the lack of resources in the Ecuadorian State.
