The integral development of the chemical or biochemical company in a territory with a circular economy approach constitutes a current need for the Cuban economy. The objective is to design a procedure that facilitates the process of sectoral and intersectoral integration and decision-making. The procedure is based on the relationships between companies, located in a territory, in the search for more sustainable instruments for the use of available resources, technologies, raw materials and products. It is concluded that the procedure constitutes a decision-making tool that will allow achieving sustainable territorial development through the optimization of supply chains and productive linkages with other companies in the current economic conditions and models.
