Organizations today must surpass themselves, from the improvement of their activity and along with the development that science, technology and society brings with it; otherwise, they will not be able to satisfy the needs of consumers. At present there are many organizations whose assets are predominantly intangible, in this situation innovation management becomes a vital element for organizations, which ultimately will determine their success or failure. The objective of this work is to establish the strategies in terms of innovation management that must be implemented by the managers of the organizations to increase the intangible assets as a determining element of the organizational success. The research applies a qualitative research approach, of a documentary nature where the synthetic analytical method was used, reaching the conclusion that innovation must be implemented through a process integrated by different stages that guarantee the permanence of the organization in the weather.
