The present investigative work was focused on the Telimbela Parish belonging to the Chimbo Canton, Bolívar Province, the purpose of the investigation was to verify the environmental damage, as well as the violation of living in a healthy environment to the inhabitants of this town, which cause the dealerships listed above. The importance of the work lies in the fact that, with the Constitution of 2008, nature is recognized as a subject of Rights to which in case of damage the integral reparation must be recorded, it is also a responsibility not only for the State but also for the citizens that we are part of defending and seeing that each of your rights mentioned in our Magna Carta are fulfilled. A qualitative-quantitative cut methodology or also known as mixed was used, which allows, through the use of the characteristic elements of each of the two investigations in its individual form, to achieve a more precise result in relation to the subject investigated, precise about the dissatisfaction felt by the residents.
