The benefit of them is that they are treated with priority wherever they go, since due to their age they cannot wait in long lines at public entities. A qualitative-quantitative approach was assumed from a descriptive scope, in which theoretical methods such as analysis and synthesis, modeling and inductive-deductive were used. From the empirical the review of documents, the observation among others. It comes to the conclusion that; Older adults need to know more about their priority attention to carry out their procedures in public entities, quickly and comfortably.
