Abstract

The effect of didactobiography in the formation of pedagogical leadership of educational personnel working in content of vulnerability is analyzed, through the action-research method with 22 participants. The results indicated that as the personal dimension is recovered in the teaching-learning processes, the teacher’s commitment to continuous training increases, reaffirms their leading role in the significant transformations of their students. Derived from the context in which leadership is exercised, a specific epistemology is glimpsed in the schools that affects self-perception, challenges, obstacles, fears, achievements and educational practices.
