The realization of systematic physical activity (Physical Exercise) has proven to be an extremely beneficial practice for health; both for the prevention, development, and rehabilitation of it, as well as a means to forge character, discipline, decision-making and compliance with the rules, thus benefiting the development of the practitioner in all areas of daily life. Today this vision has been accepted by different social sectors. The results show that there was a significant improvement in the physical condition and executive functions of the soccer players with respect to the coordinative physical capacities (Agility, reaction speed and static balance). Similarly, it is contemplated that the systematic training of these capacities in the footballers of the Estrella Roja team presents significant improvements, having adequate control of the components of the physical workload. In this way, it can be concluded that a set of physical exercises based on the planning of sports training, very well planned with its methodology, had positive effects on the physical variables and physical condition, in the footballers of the Estrella Roja team.
