Abstract

Vaccines against COVID-19 represent hope and the Peruvian State implemented the national vaccination plan. The objective of the present investigation was to analyze the main legal norms related to the current pandemic and determine the possibility of arguing its particular use. The qualitative approach and the documentary review technique were used. The results were obtained that the particular use is possible from the recognition of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the regulation of the sanitary registration of medicines. The conclusions were that there is non-compliance by the authorities by failing to observe the individual exercise of the right to health, which makes it impossible for the citizen to acquire the aforementioned vaccine.
