Globalization encompasses economic, political, legal and social aspects of the different countries of the world. This phenomenon is advancing in giant steps, eliminating distances and reaching places never imagined, establishing new challenges in the advancement of knowledge, transformation and the culture of nations. A research process was carried out with the aim of determining the main effects of business globalization on quality management and innovation in Ecuadorian business organizations. The study was based on a quantitative approach and a correlational design. It was carried out on 85 postgraduate students of the Polytechnic Higher College the Chimborazo, Ecuador, who work as entrepreneurs. The results obtained show that the cause and effect of the variables according to Rho Spearman, due to the non-normality of the data, between business globalization and the effects on quality management and innovation is very high and highly significant. This determines that by emphasizing the implementation of the aspects of business globalization, quality and innovation management in business organizations will increase favorably.
