The research focuses on public management in the city of Milagro and its influence on the quality of citizen care in Milagro, based on the historical premise that public entities have been perceived as deficient in the care they provide to people in the city. Timely solution of procedures, because for some years with the new modalities of administration in the public sector, important changes have been proposed to achieve the satisfaction of the people. That is why the objective of the research is to obtain a diagnosis regarding the perception of public management and its influence on the quality of citizen care in the city of Milagro. To do this, we work with a quantitative methodology through a survey of 11 questions addressed to 200 citizen users of public instances between the months of January to March. The results made it possible to identify that people do not consider that the public services in Milagro are offered with quality and that the instances are oriented towards the attention to the users, in addition they recognize deficiencies in the information as in the attention by the public servants.
