Abstract

Introduction:
Investigation is developed in Territorial Station of Sugar Cane Investigations in Villa Clara, Cuba.
Objective:
To show a group of scientific, technician, economic-financial local and territorial results, with the implementation of an innovative administration model.
Materials and Methods:
The main materials used in the investigation have been those of (López et al., 2009) and (Velazco et al., 2014) and those developed for (Sánchez, 2019) in their titled work "The innovation in the public administration: Value and importance for the current Cuban economic model." The used more representative methods are observation, documental revision, interviews, specialists' and researchers' approaches, and work areas path.
Results and Discussion:
The main result of the investigation is the designed pattern of innovative administration that has three fundamental stages, preparatory, transformative and resultant where emphasis is made in the attention of the state and private producers as part of post services, as well as these impact in local and territorial development of the county and its surroundings.
Conclusions:
The main contributions of the proposed pattern are analysis of the environment, work in team, coordination and integration of different departments, results evaluation of the and post services to natural and juridical people. Result of its implementation is the center participation in 28 investigation projects with a total budget of $817 091.75 in 2018 year.
